Do you offer a delivery/shipping service?
Yes, we do.
We offer an in-house delivery service within 100 miles of Forest Mill (BB4 9PX), with pricing based on distance. For anything further afield, we work with trusted couriers for nationwide delivery, or you’re welcome to arrange your own.
If you’re buying from overseas, just get in touch and we’ll quote it properly.
And if you fancy a trip out, you can always collect your new find from Forest Mill.
Can I visit you?
Absolutely.
You’ll find us at Forest Mill in Water, Rossendale (BB4 9PX). It’s a proper destination, not just a quick browse, with a wide range of antiques, art and interesting pieces under one roof.
If you’re local, it’s worth popping in. If you’re not, it’s still worth the drive.
Do you put items on hold for customers?
Yes, we can.
We’ll happily hold an item with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Items are held for up to 30 days, after which the balance needs to be paid or the item will be released back for sale.
Are the prices at your store negotiable?
Let’s be honest… it wouldn’t be antiques without a bit of a conversation.
We price fairly, but there’s usually some room to talk, especially on higher-value pieces.
Can I drop off merchandise that I would like to sell?
Yes.
If you’ve got something you’re looking to sell, bring it in and we’ll take a look. We’re always interested in quality pieces and, where it makes sense, we’re open to part-exchange as well.
Do you accept returns?
Not at the moment.
We always recommend viewing items in person where possible. If you can’t make it to the shop, we’ll provide as much detail, photography and honesty as needed so you know exactly what you’re buying.
